I climbed to the top of the building to throw myself off, but by the time I arrived at the top, there was nowhere left to fall. All the good spots had been taken.

Once again Stephan, you seem to “hit the nail on the head” about what life has become; why people want to run and hide, run away, get away and return to calmer, more meaningful times. After reading your strip for several years? Sensing what you’ve gone through personally? I can certainly understand your closeness to reality here…Thx. for placing it all in proper context…Take care.

I think it’s a bit cold for Rat and Pig to abandon Goat. Now, they’ll never have Paris.

It’s rather ironic, actually. With the talk of immigration reform, I am beginning to think it’s not about keeping people out anymore, but about keeping us in! As Prince John remarked in “The Adventures of Robin Hood” (Warner Bros., 1938), “. . .else there won’t be enough to till OUR land or pay OUR tax.”

I would hate to travel in a hot air balloon. I’m terrified of heights and looking down make my legs turn to jelly. Can’t even cope very well on escalators. Strangely enough I’m OK on the “down” escalators.
