They say that honesty is the best policy. Not so sure that would work here though.

A statement not unlike that got a friend of mine 3 months on a “farm” in this state (maybe) that no one’s ever herd of. He hasn’t mouthed off to anyone in 6 years and sleeps sitting on his heels with his back in the corner.

And the judge replied: Stupidity is not a crime, so you are free to go.

They ALL regret getting caught, Andy!

I once saw a comic with the officer standing next to a suspect in front of the judge, and he’s on crutches and all bandaged up, and the suspect is saying to the judge “I admit the resisting arrest part was a mistake, your honor.”

Better sentence is to have Andy banned from drinking beers and banned from pubs for a year! lol!

This is a court of law! Take that silly thing off your head! You too, Mr. Capp!

He regrets the time spent in court, could be drinking in the pub.

My dad loved getting caught. It meant spending time as a ‘trustee’ and reading comic books. He had so many DUI’s it was a shame. Not that he had any (shame).

Look him upandthrow away the key!!!

The truth shall set you free… unless spoken in a court.

Sadly, it seems no one feels guilty about the bad thing’s they’ve done anymore. It’s always “someone else’s” fault. Personal responsibility seems to be a thing of the past.
