Bucky’s response in panel four – a single word – sets up the entire rest of the strip. Satch establishes a premise, Rob gives him a straight line. He runs with it and BUCKY!

As they’ve aged, Bucky and Satchel seem to be on the same page more often than they used to be. Interesting.

Trying to follow the logic of these characters is a job and a half. Well worth it, though—today’s strip made me smile.
