Thanking heaven for small blessings, mine at least jump off the lap before commencing a match. But they do know all the moves. Picky cracks me up; he makes such a purrfect Jesse Ventura.

My cats are lovers, not fighters. They love on the hand that holds the coffee cup. Aggressively and powerfully, until the cup sloshes and I squeal. Then they look all innocent and “Who me? I was just being nice…” -ish.

2 of my cats decided to have a knock down drag out fight on my bed in the wee hours this morning. ??!!

My Mike’s combat style is to hold down his opponent and furiously groom him. It doesn’t work with our other cat Gene. It didn’t work when we had ferrets, either.

There’s. Always. More. Tea. . . . and the fresh mug is hotter . . .

Only the most ironic tea gets spilled during a fight over spilled tea.

I’m glad it is only tea getting spilled.

Coffee spills are such a waste, and a chore to sip it up through the fabric.
