Philo may not be a murderer, but in his quest to âdeposeâ Jacob, he chose to print material that may have provided support for the âcoerced-suicideâ group.
We know he isnât be executed for murder, but sedition. And the paper simply says: âcrimes against the stateâ. SoâŠin its vagueness, it is actually accurate. âș
Big Walt to the rescue. Just make sure you grab FreemanâŠâŠwithout him the Rats are stopped. Love and doing the right thing are not the same thing Portia.
âIf he wasnât the killer they wouldnât be hanging him.â Oh Portia, I have feeling youâre not going to want to hear the truth when it finally gets revealed.
I understand Portia being upset as far as the harassing phone calls, her encounter with the wolves, her struggle to lose weight overnight, having to move out of her apartment, and even finding out her brother had been driven to suicide and eaten.
That is a lot to be put on one plate.
So when she heard that a pigâs head was found in Foxworthyâs icebox, that was more than her plate could carry. She cracked. And that crack has created a rift in her relationship with Walter. She feels justice is finally being served, while Walter knows that justice is not being served at all. Even Heather had a trial, even though it was clear that the jury was on her side from the very beginning. Even if Foxworthy was to get a trial, would he really get a fair one?
Freeman said something about having population of Endtown âlobotomizedâ, to ensure their safety. Perhaps having this public execution would, at the very least, traumatize the public to his liking.

An old theme of this comic was people questioning what humanity currently is, given current events Iâd have to say nobody is human anymore

A chink in Walt âs armor: He just caved on what he considered a matter of principle.
âIf you love meâŠâ â words used by someone who is using youâŠ
Some closure once you find out youâre wrongâŠ
On the other hand, this plot device gets Walt involved and might possibly change the outcomeâŠ

Thatâs a LOT of newspaper for such a small community. How thick is the section? and do they recycle the newsprint?
