Having given away his next move, the neighbourhood guy is quite surprised to receive a pre-emptive strike.

I was sure this was going to be a pun the way it was building up with the shades of tan – maybe that Pig would say an “off color” remark or something like that

The reason why I’ll not move to a neighborhood with a HOA. I’ll risk having a neighbor with a boat parked in the backyard over HOA commies.

I hope the leaves on my tree are the proper shade of green for the HOA. In High Plains Drifter, Clint Eastwood made it simple by painting the whole town red. Now that’s an HOA move.

On the opposite end of the societal spectrum, the chickens 2 houses down, the yapping mongrels next door, the house with 7 cars in the driveway. Sadly, it is what it is in the South.

Don’t like the rules? 2 choices, move or take over and change them.

You pay HOAs so they can tell you what to do with your own property. Go figure.

I love the fact that, in the first cel, all three versions (too, to and two) are used in one sentence which, in itself, is not unusual but, the fact that they are used correctly is rare these days. :o}

HOAs are tools of the devil. Not to be confused with the tools generally found on the board of your typical HOA.

HOA’s are usually filled with a) bored housewives or b)retirees with nothing better to do. Most if us that work for a living don’t have the time worry about some of the nit-picking that goes on. That being said, some neighbors do need a friendly reminder from time to time so I guess they do serve a purpose, maybe.

Lived in HOA once right after I got married and moved into my husband’s house. Never again. HOA’s are staffed with Hitler wannabes. It is nothing but a form of upper-middle-class welfare.
