I always say that there are never enough yoga jokes in the comic strips these days.

I don’t care if you’re in K-12 or secondary; homework sucks cause it’s boring. But then again school is boring, i know it’s compulsory but the reason a lot of kids don’t like to go, is because it’s 6-8 hours of “death by power point.” Nobody wants to sit in a classroom listening to an instructor drone on and on. Kids like to be outside not stuck inside. Maybe if the classroom did the studies outside(on fair weather days) kids might enjoy school more.

“Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” I guess Luann hasn’t found a subject/course of study that she loves yet.

After almost 45 years, I still like my work.

Homework Yogi: “Hey, Boo Boo – Smarter than the average bear…”

Congratulations Luann, you just convinced Frank to wait another year before broaching the subject of you transferring to a 4-year university. He can see that it’d still be a waste of his money.

Heck, I’d come home and do my homework right away. That way I was free the rest of the afternoon and evening.

I think Luann should make some of those faces for Jack and any potential suitors.

Great job Luann.

Okay, Two Things here:

1) Luann? Make SURE to keep all those Yoga moves and facial expressions handy when Tiffany starts to make the “Moves” on Your “Pal” Jack, the guy you’ll suddenly realize that you kinda, sorta, maybe, really, seriously, have warm, fuzzy “Feelings” for.

2) Before the current Gunther/Tiffany/Le$ “Not Really a Date Arc” is Over, either One or BOTH of the Lads WILL be making those faces.

All preliminary to the sound of one book cracking.

Can’t wait to see what moves you make to keep a messy room. “Stretch of ick.” In what ocean is that at? LoL!

(Gunth and Less can use some “pre – Tiffany” yoga moves as well.)

I once studied under a YOGI …. left tho, as I found his assistant BooBoo insufferable.

No no, Luann, that’s the forward prostitution flop.

Too many of the comments here focus on classroom attendance, boredom of teachers in classrooms, the silly notion by TF above that the kids in the preschool that Luann works in like Tiffany best, but the whole discussion totally ignores that Luann today is humorously about HOMEWORK, trying to stay focused doing out-of-school, and has nothing WHATSOEVER to do with anything involving her and Tiffany. You know maybe I am ranting, but can’t comments at least be about the whole strip, and not just about someone’s personal projection of what it should be? Just asking.

I have achieved procrastination zen.

Frank knows talent when he sees it. That does not mean he is impressed by it….

We don’t see what classes Luann is doing homework for here. While college can indeed be fun and interesting (sure was for me!), there are often prerequisite classes that are not so much fun. Luann may have homework for those.
