I see a flip-flop on the issue. First a hasty rejection; Second, a “let’s see what I can gather from the proposal”
Not unusual for a politician to simply assume the position!
He’d get better result if the paper was on a roll in the little boys’ room
He’d have to speak to the lobbyists first to find out what position to play. The folks with the dough . . .
