Dear Mr. Trudeau: Today’s attempt at political mind manipulation hidden in the Sunday Comics indicates to me that you have lost your creative talent for sarcastic humor. I laugh out loud each day about Hilary, Ms. Waters, Ms. Irrelevant Feinstein, Ms. Warren of Indian heritage, and the fossiliferous Ms. Pelosi, and similar liberals who cannot accept the fact that they are, for the moment, irrelevant. They roll around in the most absurdly humorous ways, pining their lost world that they so took for granted – why can’t you find humor in that fertile ground when your creative juices are on hold? Conservatives are easy targets when your your cutting wit is in a roadblock. The above-mentioned political targets are far more hilarious…Today’s comic from you is nothing more than a blatant, biased attempt at political thought manipulation. And the great thing about early voting is that it is behind us and attempts like this to influence events are irrelevant. And by the way, how is your attempt at influencing US voting experiences any different that what the Russians and others try to undertake? Shame…

I really like today’s comic, but it saddens me too…. the latest polls suggest that the votes are going to be much more Trumpian positive than folks had thought two months ago. The folks who were rabid for him have unfortunately been re-energized and re-deceived again and are again rabidly supporting him.

It makes me feel that all is lost, again.

Brian Kemp purged over 340,000 voters’ ballots by claiming they moved, though they still live at their registered addresses according to voter watchdog groups. Brian Kemp is Secretary of State, as such, his hands are all over the election in which he is trying to become governor of Georgia. The UN should be watching over the state of Georgia election. It is amazing that I am talking about the state of Georgia and not the country.

I saw some people screaming vile epithets at Nancy Pelosi this weekend while she was visiting Florida, it went much further than some people at a restaurant shouting shame at her. I have news for the GOP who don’t like Pelosi, she is from California and if she is replaced, it is quite likely the person will be another Democrat, quite likely more liberal than Pelosi, as well as younger. Be careful what you wish for.

Trump has already tried to cover his a$$ by saying don’t blame me if the GOP loses the midterms.

Perhaps it is politicians like Mel and cartoonists like Garry who “will continue to tear this country apart.” My God, does he ever give it a rest? Just sayin’.

Vote out every Russian loving Republican and put a check and balance on crooked liar sexist Trump who should be in prison.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of Trump is for good men to do nothing. VOTE.

Given the fact that the GOP is trying to take away Medicare and Social Security, I think the Democratic constituents are not really applying enough pressure to Mitch McConnell and others. It is entirely reasonable to confront these hard right policies. It is only our very lives which are going to be screwed due to the actions of trump and others.

Hello, Russian Trolls – Here are the reasons that Putin wants you to help Trump Make America Godawful Always:

He wants America weak and divided. Why? So he can do what he wants, which is to Make Russia Great, by dominating other countries and making their people’s lives more difficult. That, and stay in power. This to distract you, the Russian people, from what Putin and the Oligarchs are doing in your country. Putin and the Oligarchs don’t want you being envious of the lifestyle of people in other countries. You might start thinking about why that is. If you notice that Putin and the Oligarchs are living like the Romanovs, you might start thinking that the average Russian doesn’t have it as good as some others do because of people in positions of power in Russia.

If Putin succeeds, we won’t be as willing or able to help you the next time you get into trouble. Remember the Great Patriotic War? I do, and I salute the heroism of the Soviet people in that war. I remember that we fought the Fascists together. I don’t think the Russian soldiers who fought at Kursk would think that encouraging Fascist tendencies in other countries would be smart.

You have lots of potential adversaries, who unlike Americans, actually do not like you and need and would be glad to get your resources. The vast sweep of Americans would be very happy to see you and everyone else enjoying life in wealth and comfort, running your own affairs, and confident that your children will have nice lives too. The vast sweep of Americans don’t want anything from you, except for some who would like some vodka, for which they’d be happy to pay. Oh, and your friendship. We’d all be happy to have that too, and freely give you ours in return.
