Wait a minute. Nancy was robo-brainstorming with Esther yesterday.

*Which I didn’t think was a going concern any more, and as such would not be in a position to exert ownership of intellectual property, but it’s not something I have followed closely.

In other Nancy news, I see OJ has picked up another newspaper to carry Nancy.

Unfortunately, it’s at the cost of the excellent Breaking Cat News rather than, say, Blondie, or even Peanuts which must have a limit to how many times it can be run.

It sounds better when Nancy says it.

Was this before or after Nancy and Esther threw Pee Wee down the well?

If I absolutely had to pick a nit, it would be that there’s one blade of grass too many in the penultimate panel.

And how. My guess is that by now “Sluggo Is Lit” has been printed on acid tabs and bongs throughout the world. The 17-5 & 4 equation turns out to be a 4:20 reference (don’t ask me how, I’m too stoned to do math) and robotics teacher is an avatar of Elon Musk. “You put these ideas out there and they take on a life of their own” is OJ’s way of providing plausible deniability. She’d have us believe that she is just the conduit of universal truths, but I’m not so sure. I think she might be in on the conspiracy called “reality”… man.

Is it possible there are other Nancy strips we don’t see? Alternate strips, as in alternate universes. Or is her whole day recorded in strip form, but we only get a glimpse?

If we didn’t see it, it didn’t exist, just like history.

Sounds like OJ is having second thoughts about doing this comic strip ;)

I’d love to be able to read the speech bubbles in the mini comic that Sluggo is holding – they’re clearly different than on today’s strip.

I love it when they break the fourth wall. Keep up the good work, OJ! :)
