Strict in context rules would help clarify lots of what happens in life. They just aren’t very widely applied.

I think it would work better without the “phone disposal” bin. That’s overkill; the joke is clear w/o it. Also, phones cost $700 nowadays so the point is more to turn them off than literally dispose of them.
