I remember watching our grandson, who was in the second grade at the time, looking through a thesaurus. He was absolutely engrossed! His eyes lit up, and he mouthed words, trying them on for size. It’s wonderful to see a young mind expand!
Somehow I never got around to opening that book on the shelf next to me in my 3rd grade classroom which I thought would be about a boy named Roger with a very small dinosaur.

Never used a thesaurus after high school, but I did use my calculus.

In MS Word just highlight the word and right click. There is a Thesaurus at your finger tips as well as suggestions. :-)
