I’m still confused about the intricacies of this new aspect of Volkov’s criminal endeavors, and I think Mike is playing it loose and on the run. Apparently withholding payment from the trust funds for 90 days strains Pitchblende’s liquidity, puts his project (the Deacon-Miller Festival) in jeopardy, and somehow or other (unexplained) gives Volkov the opportunity to loot the trust without Pitchblende realizing what’s happening.

Maybe Tracy can make the drug charges stick. Even the IRS or FTC would have a hard time making sense of the bunco racket….
