How much is an ice cream truck? I’m thinking on the order of tens of thousands AT MOST if it’s brand new. If it can be written off as a public work the city could easily free up that much from its budget, heck they could even rent or deputize an actual ice cream truck for free as long as the ice cream company gets some good PR from it…
I am confused…. why wouldn’t he (Mayor Kenney) allow Crunchy to get that for her….. and why would Ruiz rather have Crunchy get it now that Mayor Kenney is going to find the money somewhere?
