I love you Rosebud, in the Platonic sense, not the “you taste delicious” sense.

Peas have feelings, too…

Peas also have feelings…

I will not eat peas; I can’t get past the horrible smell.

Like we were going to eat a basselope in the first place…

All this time I thought Rosebud was a she.

Who eats basselope during the holidays, anyway? Roast penguin, now THERE is some fine holiday eatin’!!

All we are say-ing,

is give peas a channnnnce

Canned, but not frozen. . .If there’s such a thing as a vegetable that’s too green, it’s frozen peas. . .

Fresh or frozen peas for me, canned peas are like little mushy booger balls.

Eat your peas, but not a peas of Rosebud…

Sorry, but I can’t rely on the admonitions of a problematic basselope. Peas are okay. As for the rest, I’ve never tried basselope (it’s hard to come by and, so I hear, terribly expensive)….

Best leave the giblets alone too…..
