What? You mean there was ever a time that she was wrong? And you mean that she admitted she was wrong without trying to twist it around onto you?

Enjoy it this year, Janis. Next year Thanksgiving is as late as it can be, Nov. 28, so the decorating season will be especially short.

Yep. Get the eaves lights up outside, then decorate the inside, all starting on Sat /Sun of Thanksgiving weekend. By Dec 1, we are ready to enjoy the month. (Set the timers for the lights to go on, the morning of Dec 1, so when the sun sets at 4:30pm, they blink on and, away we go!)

Being on the 28th, I usually got my birthday off from work each year. :o)

One thing I love about Winco, no holiday music. No music at all. Maybe because it’s employee owned and operated.

I’d wager a bet that a lot of people don’t even know what event Thanksgiving Day was really designed to celebrate.

Oh…..Bah & Humbug. At least until December. My big box stores had Christmas decorations up before Halloween – it’s irritating!

They can put decorations up every year on Nov. 22 and enjoy the extra week. No reason they can’t.

Ummmm….guys, she IS right. Though I admit it’s prudent to choose your arguments wisely, especially with your partner, why is everyone falling in to the “ol’ don’t argue with your wife routine.” There was no need for an argument here.
