After a while I start to hate the Christmas songs, it puts me in Grinch spirit.

Mariah, Vince Vance And The Valiants, Boney M, The Royal Guardsmen, Wham! and Band Aid.

Jingle bells, Batman smells. Robin laid an egg. Batmobile lost a wheel and The Joker got away.

Funny how as I get older, (60+), I am enjoying more and more the music that my PARENTS listened to…especially “their” Christmas music. Ella Fitzgerald, Bing Crosby…yeah, sometimes even Perry Como. I have turned into an old fogie. LOL

Funny how all the best Christmas songs are sung by dead people.

Any one else grow up listening to the record “Bonanza Christmas on the Ponderosa”? So weird.

When I worked in retail & had Christmas music playing from Thanksgiving, I was kinda over it before Christmas. Since I’ve been retired long enough I do enjoy it again, but not too soon. My husband tries to start playing if before Thanksgiving, but since I have non-Christmas in my car etc. I can handle it.
