Several people by now have googled whether clover is edible (or perhaps already knew that it is). I never thought about it before.
I was told that my father, when he was a boy, was sent out to gather dandelion greens, which my grandmother would cook like spinach. But I never had them myself.
when you ingest clover honey you are “eating” a tiny bit of the clover plant. though the leaves aren’t all that bad when lying on your back in the field watching the clouds drift by overhead, I have found the flowers to be sweeter. js
