Next time, make the snowman wear a blindfold.

Anyone remember that Far Side comic starring William Tell’s less fortunate son Warren, who had an oversized head?

A lot of people complained about Gary Larson making fun of hydrocephalus victims, which really annoyed him.

Put the snowman on a skateboard so it can move.

make the snowman a little shorter, Calvin, so you can really whack the snowball off its noggin

They all do that Calvin. You can never trust a snowman, even the ones you build.

I saved the picture of the cute little snowman in panel #1; I’ll put in with my collection of snow goons and other Calvin winter stuff.

He missed because he closed his eyes when he threw the snowball, just like a girl.

Keep your eyes clear and keen, like a falcon on the wing. Keep your heart strong and stady, like your hand upon the string. Never bow to a tyrant, while your people are laid low. For the higest head may fall to the man who weilds the bow.

You never hear about Walter Tell. He was William’s cross-eyed cousin. Same challenge: Sad result…

Yes, snowmen can not only flinch but also duck. Calvin aim is unflinching.
