It won’t be unfair if he gets a jury of his peers, given that he’s a mammal, not a fish.
And another thing -please write his name in lower case letters only. We don’t agree with capital punishment!
Decades ago, there was a Sea Hunt episode starring Lloyd Bridges that cast the killer whale as a dangerous man eater. Currently, the media portrays them more as large, friendly dolphins. They must have taken on a new press agent.
But, Orcas eat sharks, at least he has that going for him.
