I feel badly for Lottie and Shauna. These boys are from the shallow end of the maturity pool. Products of helicopter parenting.

Tuan is exaggerating, but he’s right.

The “live rabbits” reference is a tribute to Mary Toft (or Tofts), an English countrywoman who became a pop-culture sensation in the 1720s when she claimed to give birth to a series of live rabbits. Several prominent physicians were gulled into vouching for the births before Toft was exposed as a fraud.

The great William Hogarth published several cartoons featuring Mary Toft.

So this has been a very turbulent past few days. Quite a roller coaster. One day they’re celebrating victory over the rubes, the next they’re confronting Bishop about alien conspiracies, the next they’re told they won a ride on a space plane, the next they’re told the ride is a trap and they’re going to die, the next they’re told it was all a simulation, the next they’re told they’ve won internships, and now they’re told they’re going home instead.

Whew! Quite a lot of ground to cover all at once.

I don’t know why Jordan’s celebrating. He’s counts as part of the “all,” after all. And its not like this is going to help him get any of the girls in the end.

Giving birth to live rabbits might be fun. At least they’d be small?

And what is Dr Storm signaling to Shauna with the clenched fist gesture?

Lottie has a knack for the apt comparison.

Ironically, Jordan set Tuan off using the idea that Ben had used Lottie… and in so doing, Tuan got used by Jordan.

I know it’s the intended reaction, but… I really don’t like Jordan.
