Aluminum foil, hmmm… Why not give one to Dakota as well? Maybe I’m reading too much into things, but giving someone their reflection for valentines day could be seen as a subtle slap in the face saying they love themselves too much.

Mirrors are proof that beauty is in the eye of the beholder – for most people…

Seems to me that aluminum isn’t that great a reflector and Marigold might be offended at the imperfect result…

A square of shiny foil might actually be a perfect gift. It has the effect of providing a functional reflection, with the benefit of being less than a perfect mirror. The benefit being that Marigold will be less likely to become trapped staring at her reflection if it’s not a perfect image ;-)

Any gift where Marigold can see herself IS the perfect gift! ;P
