Just one of several reasons I never watch TV on Sunday morning (or any other morning).

The best of the best have a competition every two years.

But if you don’t watch Sunday morning TV, how will you know the world is falling apart?

This ‘set up’ strip has me wondering what Jef has planned for tomorrow, no that he always bothers to connect the arcs

But the CBS Sunday Morning show is in it’s own class and worth the time to watch, although I seldom do even though I record it. Interesting stories, often from around the world – nothing gossipy or trashy.

One day when I was in 5th grade we were diagramming sentences in english class. When we got to the sentence, “My pet peeve is getting up early” a girl raised her hand and asked, “Is a peeve a type of pet, or is Peeve the name of the pet?”

…just one of the myriad reasons I just don’t even own a television!!!!!!!

Does this mean there are no peeves on Sunday morning network programsRondaddyo

on another topic: Hallmark station has a best rescue dog show with categories like best tail wagger, best snugler. It’s really rather sweet.

Glad to see the greyhound is still in the strip, and healthy!

I’ll come out and say it: I just don’t get dog shows and cat shows. Nothing personal, or even necessarily valid. God knows there are plenty of people who don’t get what I do for fun, and dog-show and cat-show people certainly don’t seem to be hurting anyone.

But it’s not my thing. With two major exceptions. Exception 1 being the wonderful movie Best In Show. And Exception 2 being the agility part of dog shows, of which I’m in flat-out awe. I just love it.

It occurs to me that both exceptions only apply to dog shows, given that, to my knowledge nobody has made a funny movie about cat shows. And that, also to my knowledge, there’s no agility training for cats. But if there were, I would be even more in awe of that.

If you want your Pet Peeve’s to get smaller and smaller, than stop feeding them with buckets and buckets of anger and resentment.

We quit TV a couple years ago… We can find enough entertainment on the web… mostly older shows.
