We have a wide assortment to choose from: old man smell, old woman smell, dog and/or cat smell, and smelly little kid smell. Possibly a combination of all of them??
Opal went to the doctor and told him she had a problem with constantly passing gas but luckily it was silent and odorless but wanted to see if anything could be done to control it. The doctor replied that the first thing was to have her hearing and sense of smell checked.

The kid doesn’t live with his PARENTS? Well, we rarely see his mother, and I always thought she looked like a fourteen year old anyway.
