Speaking of Avengers, I would rather watch the work of the mother of Thora Burch, Scar Jo’s co-star in Ghost World.

Not much of a difference…

Saw it, loved it. The 4 of us in our family give it 4 thumbs up. We saw the 3 D version, and the special effects are great.

I saw it opening weekend.

My thoughts?

Worst special and digital effects I’ve seen in an MCU movie to date. Things were so bad that you could tell what was and wasn’t green-screen, and the 3-D only made it more obvious. Some of the CG involving Goose the Cat is so completely off I almost had to wonder if this wasn’t a subtle way of showing a key detail about him rather than the work of a designer who’d never been around cats in their life since real cats can’t move like that.

The poor effects work alone is IMHO enough to where a person would be justified in skipping the movie entirely, or at least waiting for it to hit the discount matinees.
