What a ruff and tumble life Linus leads.

No wonder Linus clings to his soft fluffy blanket, the only constant comfort in his world.

How many did you break, Linus?

Let’s bring Calvin to replace Linus as Lucy’s brother! I would love to see the results (I mean Calvin is throwable and all, but at least he would offer more resistance than Linus).

Oh, how I dreamed of doing this to my sister. Every birthday, I wished for my sister to suddenly age 10 years, so she would be away at college. Or in the Marines. Or lost on Pluto.

Someone should invent metal ‘crayon covers’. You insert each crayon into a slip-fit metal tube, which has a ‘feed device’. Only the tip of the crayon will ever be exposed. The metal tube would guard against breakage. Problem is, the ‘Crayon Cover’ would cost more than the crayons. However, if you did a cost analysis of reusing the Crayon Covers over a child’s lifespan of many, many sets of crayons, it might work out to be cost effective.

Now if she only put that kind of effort into her baseball playing!

This strip brings back memories of the great “side” debate as in “Mom, he’s on my side.” wherever the “side” is. Nowadays my sister and I disagree politically, so I am no longer on her “side” but I still love her.

She does not have the authority to do that, but her need for justice is real.

Better tell Mom and Dad, Linus!

Would it be great if Linus and Lucy were Dagwood and Blondie as kids?

What a great idea.

Normally I despise Lucy in every way, shape , and form. But in this case… I’d help her throw him out!

There is a funny thing on facebook that floats around. It is a picture of a guy with a smug look on his face peeking out of a window. Caption reads " when you break something and fix it just enough that the next person that uses it thinks they broke it " Cracks me up to no end !
