On Ballard Street? at least half.

Yes. What a silly question.

Gee Sarah, you’ve been stuck in the house too long.

Better question would be is: who doesn’t?

Stephen: “I have dear. Now do you really want to know the answer?”

Well Sarah, if your favorite animal wasn’t a geoduck clam, you could probably come out of the house dressed up too.

The joke’s on you, Sarah. The coyote is only my second favorite animal.

Have you ever been out at at Halloween?

Perhaps he could dress up as a “wolf in sheep’s clothing?” That could be interesting.

A classic case of species envy.

Well that one guy’s wife says he’s a tomcat and that wolf across the street.

I mean, really…. it doesn’t even have to be your favorite animal….

I mean, you’ve all seen me too many times in my mouse costume…

and mice are certainly not my favorite animals, but I love rodent club…

 

There are so many human “animals” on Ballard Street I wouldn’t have time or space to post them all on one forum.

Some people wear costumes for clubs, like me…..

others to show their love of certain creatures…

Come on Sarah…. go down to Stelbel’s costume annex…. she’ll find you something you’d like to be for a while.

StelBel herself used to love to wear her cow suit, I think just on general principles.

 

We also have dogs who wear human costumes, birds who wear hats….

It could be a whole book.

 

Ballard Street is the sort of place where it’s always OK to be who you are…

and if you sometimes don’t want to be who you are, you can be somebody or something else.

It’s all good.

I knew it. Ballard Street is populated by furries and wannabe furries. Probably the original furries.

Sarah, why do you think the neighborhood is overrun with squirrels? They are so popular.

Stephen is a sheep in wolf’s clothing.

Looks like Stephen found an old Halloween costume of that old TV series ALF.

I don’t have a favorite animal… too hard to choose.

Perhaps, Stephen want to play “Little Red Riding Hood”.

“I don’t know, I’ll go ask them.”

“Furries. We meet every Tuesday night at the Henderson’s. Animal costumes. Heavy drinking. Wanton sex. Mild drug use. I thought you knew.”

Oooh! I’ve always wanted to be a Furrie…

But it’s probably been a long time since the ladies there have seen a wolf…

Stephen, now is not the time to tell her about the Anderson triplets who like to dress up as pigs.

I don’t know, kind of looks like a tall version of ALF.

I’m guessing Sarah doesn’t get out very often. At least, not as often as she should.
