Believe it or not… I don’t! A person with two pupils would be completely blind. Even if he was real, the story of his life is inconsistent with that of a blind person.

Oh, so wonderful. Just filled with such exotic stuff. Impressive to a youngster like me at the time.
And then there was that visit of a lifetime, at the time,,,a family visit to the St. Augustine, Florida, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum with the shrunken head and the world’s largest boot and all. Lifelong fascination with Mr. Ripley, his drawings and the stuff uncovered by him and Norbert Pearlroth, his main researcher.
