Andy better not ruin the night by sponging off Chalkie, Eric, Percy, Sid, or even the barkeeper Jack.

@Number Three Today’s Andy Capp without Andy strip is slightly funny , the Police Sargent is expecting a quite night , because Flo has stated that our Hero Mr Andrew Capp is broke so he can’t go boozing or causing mayhem but just stay at home and nap on the couch :o) right? , my avatar today is of a cat pawing it’s "owner’s " face to get his undivided attention , just like our Calico queen Bella does to her mum Connie when she stops pampering her :o) how was your day , ours should be busy but not hectic I hope , have fun and thanks for caring pal.

This is akin to my wife heading off to visit her sister for a couple of days, knowing I don’t have enough money to get in trouble with.

Luckily the word “police” was printed on the window, or I might have thought the coppers were leaving the pub—or the Taj Mahal!

Enjoy it while you can, guys. Knowing Andy, it probably won’t last long!

When has being skint ever stopped Andy? As long as there are gullible people he can borrow from or amiable chaps to buy him a drink, he’ll be headed to the pub.
