I would absolutely love to be right there petting all of them.

And I will happily give Marty that belly rub ♡♡♡

Cats can be funny about belly rubs. If they want it, they want it. If they don’t, your hand may become hamburger.

Not that I dislike cats – I prefer cats over dogs any day. But I will admit that they can have a “poker face” and we never really know what’s on their minds.

Aww they’re all so cute. Nothing cuter than a clowder of kitties unless it’s a litter of kittens.

I prefer to call a group of cats a scatter because that’s what happens when you spook ’em. Thursday night, I had to rescue a frog that a cat brought in and on my way to the door, it jumped out of my handpaw onto a sleeping cat, spooking him

I remember when there were a lot more ferals around my place than there are today (two regulars and a handful of very occasional visitors). I’d see them in the mornings coming in from all directions, gathering under one of my neighbors’ cars, and once the whole group was assembled, they’d all set off together.

It was actually a little unnerving the first few times.

One of our building neighbors had a cat named Socks. She spent more time hanging with us than with her owners. When the owners moved, Socks stayed. We couldn’t take her in, but she’d still come visit us on our porch. She still does. She greets me almost every morning when I walk out to my car; she runs up to me with little meows and chirrups, asking for pats and scritches. However, SOMEONE is taking care of her; she is well-fed and clean.

had to look up clowder of cats…from https://cats.fandom.com/wiki/Clowder:

A clowder is a term used for a colony of cats. A group of kittens is a kendle. A clowder could have up to 20 cats within it. Most clowders are in urban cities. A clowder could have started by one female and another male mated with her & made kittens & they mated & made a family chain.

Good for them. Better than going to those who use them to make millions and then use the millions or billions to tell the entire world what to do. Too much meddling.

Kittens are Great Philosophers. If it weren’t for the rule forbidding them from Talking to Humans, they would reshape philosophic discussions everywhere.

As they are all considered kittens, shouldn’t it be a “kindle”? Or does that only apply to a litter of kittens?
