At my last base they brought in several roach coaches with different cuisines for a roach coach cook off. Kinda like Italian method if testing to see if the pasta is done by throwing it against wall to see if it sticks. One of the worst concepts was a Kobe beef truck, proving you call ground beef anything you want as long as you aren’t in Japan.
