Ever seen Caught in Providence? Oh, the excuses for parking, speeding and running red lights. How can one forget having received 12 parking tickets? Excuse – I didn’t receive the summons or somone else was using the car.

Rack up an insane number of. unpaid parking tickets, then sell the car to someone you don’t like. It’s a great gag!

Some people park illegally and take a ticket off another car to make it look like they have already been ticketed. The parson getting the ticket doesn’t know it.

I’ve heard excuses before but this is a whopper of a tale! That’ll be 200.00 plus court fees!

Where to draw the line?

“It wasn’t murder, it was human sacrifice according to an ancient Aztec ritual!”

It’s against the law to park in front of one’s home? Didn’t know that was still in effect, except for days set aside for street cleaning – if anyplace still does that. In central VA the problem is other people taking one’s curb space.

I used to say that I never got into fistfights because of my religion. I’m a very devout and practicing coward!
