@Number Three Today’s strip is mildly funny , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp , sober again pontificating to the young lad about fishing end up speechless when the kid catches a whopper :o) my avatar today is an old photo of Connie’s mum from my wedding album,that I talked about yesterday , how was your day? ours should be busy but not hectic I hope, have fun and thanks for caring

Andy is one of the last people who should be giving advice to someone.

Just go ahead and shove him in Andy.

And there goes the only fish in the canal.

This is somewhat a cliché but it actually happened to me, many years ago. I had spent a couple of fruitless hours fishing off a pier with nothing to show for it, when a kid, about 10 years old, sat down next to me and proceeded to catch some good-sized fish – much to my chagrin – on a homemade rod and battered old reel.

So there was fish there!

Unexpected catch.
