I think it lends to the theory that I and others have postulated that there’s some serious inter-dimensional weirdness going on. Maybe not alternate realities exactly, but that all the Endtown madness is nothing more than a lower-dimensional playground for someone [Amesworth?] to be “god” over. That the “real” world is moving along just as it ever was.
Notice to fellow readers: We are able to see the comic book in panels 2, 3 and 4 although it should be invisible. It’s probably done so we can follow the conversation and story line better. That’s just my guess.
Aaron, I’m sure I speak for many in this group, I/we will buy that comic if you publish it. Stand alone or as an inclusion in an Endtown book. I’ll buy it.
We should also remember that vast plain with the fountain of souls where we have twice seen Marx. Clearly a lot of souls were on the move there, so it would seem like a nexus for the multiverse… especially since we are told that the Endtown world is “surrounded” by dead worlds. Plus we are led to believe that Marx can influence a soul’s destination. Flask, of course, but also a fishing rod for Walt. (May the fish tease you and please you, Walt!)
Oh…. Shoot. That’s why he was going to see his little brother. He’ll be written back in via parallel universe. Which means some other punk is going to lose his.Sigh.

So is this going to be a “Lost” type of thing, where Eden is Purgatory or Limbo?

It will certainly be interesting to find out just what characters are in that book!

I wonder if Al and Gustine are in the mag?

Just think of how Duffy will flip when he hears that Holly is on an interdimensional transport ship.
And now, is Aaron Marx in this comic? Enquiring minds want to know!
