Never mind the brandy. That is what I call a rescue dog.
Mister Herklemyer wishes that Thunder would take his campfire skills to someone else’s yard…for a change.
That steak he stole from the fridge isn’t gonna cook itself.
Thunder especially like to start (the) campfires: It’s like a reverse of a storm: First comes (the) Thunder and then the Lightning
TODAY’S LIMERICK.
There was a young canine with skills,
Who’d light fires in gardens with hills.
It may sound insane,
But he’d blow on the flame,
And cook Herklemyer a meal.
Thunder is a pure-bred fire dog – Caninus Arsonitus.
Thunder is about to see some lightning with the open gas can downwind & a foot away, however…
Oh man, that dog is ‘LIT’.
Working on your Dog Scout badges, Thunder?
I’m … … … Thunderstruck!
Thunder needs a refresher course – he left the gas can too close to the fire!
Tending to the fire is good exercise for his Thunder thighs.
Yeah, but someone should have told him about the drought…
Good morning Balladeers!
Nothing remotely scary about that.
Mister Herklemyer: “Okay. Thunder could hold the gas can in his mouth to pour it on the kindling. But how did he light the matches without an opposable thumb?”
Thunder has always aspired to be a hot dog.
When they told us he was an “arson dog” we thought he had been an FBI sniffer. Turns out it was just his hobby…
one wonders why he’s named “thunder”… ☺
