I walked past the treadmill for months. Then I had a slight stroke because I hadn’t done any walking on it (at the slowest speed). Now I don’t miss more than one day, and that not very often.
Is it just me or does he actually look better and not so gaunt in his former physique? Maybe skip only half the treadmill workout instead of the whole thing for something in between?
Lets keep the Skinny Roy? He and Kathy look better with the weight off. I am fat and am trying to get the weight off as well.(50lbs down so far) Even as a comic, its good inspiration! But I see the point of the strip as it always seems like you skip a step in your plan and the pounds seem to jump right back on! LOL
I prefer Roy with at least some weight on him – I think somewhere between his “old” self and his “thin” self would be best. However, given a choice, I’d vote for “heavy” Roy. Thin Roy looks unhealthy, especially with his shaved head.
It has been found that people who are listed as “over weight” but not obese on the DMI are the healthiest. They live longer than the thin and the obese. And DMI seems pretty much useless.

You need snacks like the ones in the bakery window in today’s “Garfield”

It’s a tough road there, don’t turn back. Treadmill’s worth it.

Your best workouts are usually on days that you don’t want to work out.

Why is the treadmill blocking the doorway?
