This is not quite the circus as Lisa thinks it is. Trump’s consistent interference into legal proceedings from the House is so blatant now, but only because the Republicans do not have control of it. Even prior to that, when the Republicans had control, he would interfere into Mueller’s investigation. Nixon was heading for impeachment for less. The only difference is the Republicans are trying to say it’s no big deal, but it really is a big deal to have a standing President who lies so readily, obfuscate issues and generally bull shits and makes up facts so readily.

The problem is that I know a bunch of people who UNreasonably believe it. And, a whole bunch of other people who are marginally interested and would believe the news reports, in which Trump would declare that since the senate found him innocent he is pure as the driven snow. The idea that it is the moral, patriotic, honorable thing to impeach him because he is obviously guilty makes some sense. It makes more sense to believe that it is the moral, patriotic, honorable thing to do what is best for this country, and setting Trump up to be declared innocent by the senate is not in the best interests of this country.======================Now, the Democrats have no choice. To fail to call for impeachment on this issue makes the Democrats part of the corruption that the Trump administration represents. And, the Republicans have the choice of either voting to impeach or explaining their failure to do so to the the people that they represent in the next election.
Seriously, I have to ask; why do the rump supporters ignore all the things he does when they KNOW if anyone they oppose did any of what this administration is doing they would be having strokes due to their indignation? So come on, please stop the hypocrisy. You all woulda had Obama’s head on a spike had he dipped a toe in a fraction of this sh*t. And yes, I have said it before, and I will continue to say it….
