My parents were both more wild and silly than I ever was. My father as a young teen threw snowballs up at the girls when they used the outhouse at school. Really got in trouble when his target turned out to be the teacher. My mother hung out in the back of chemistry class coming up with recipes for kickapoo juice (from Lil Abner) with a friend who ended up being one of my high school teachers.
