I don’t know if I love the Council of Warlocks or the “I was mainly focused on Lego that year” more.

I’m just going to go ahead and assume the warlock in the purple suit is Alan Moore.

I agreed with the council of warlocks.

I enjoy how even at the bitter end, Barney’s Potatoe’s held to their commitment to maximize their apostrophe usage.

“Warlock”. From an Old English word meaning “one who breaks faith”, “liar”, “devil”. Carry on!

Barney could have stayed in business by selling his spare apostrophes.

It is very telling that her response is “Why?” and not “Council of what, now?” Mystery kids have seen it all.

Did the warlocks ever decide if they wanted misshapen chaos, or just regular chaos?

The Warlocks see the chaos as a phased transition between one norm and a new norm. A change in the air they might find more favorable in some way.
