A beautiful night, with howling creatures of the night!

The night is long / The night is cold. / I’m sitting here / Until I’m old.

The night has come/ so filled with dread / and Leopold’s scowl / says I’ll soon be dead.

and when you’re done ole Snoop could use a hand.

Leopold doesn’t have a civil bone in his little green monsterous body….. continue GARY….ignore him….

Uhh, write it Gary, as you said you would, don’t vocalize it.

A haiku for Leopold:

Suburban nighttime.

Footsteps, a scream, loud crunching.

One more neighbor – gone.

Don’t start off a poem with “oh”, unless you are writing a national anthem.

Oh, the night is dark, and soft and calm / And love will spark, with healing balm. / Let vampires walk amid the gloom / As lovers talk in low lit room. / We revenants move amid the mist. / Our carnal appetites we can’t resist. / There conspire voices so gently warm / As vampires display nocturnal charms. / Our undead glee turns soon away, / She’s blood type B?! I wanted A!”

He’s a poet and can’t show it.

Hey, it can’t be any worse than most of the crap that’s passed off as poetry nowadays.
