I can see the resume, table leg at Rich and Rich law firm, 4 years.

They’re just hoping the secretary doesn’t come in for any, um, misconduct.

Actually, that is a picture of the Firm founder and recent associates. The new hires are out in the hall working on billable hours.

This reminds me of the old show about the guy in the circus who’s job is cleaning up elephant poop. He complains to a friend about how awful it is. The friend says, “Well, why don’t you quit?” He says, “What? And give up show business?”

I am glad that most job postings I see have the phrase, “or equivalent industry experience” after listing the mandatory degree. Personally, I prefer experience over education.

They look like baseball catchers in suits.

It’s the kind if position you assume.

My son asked me if he should become a lawyer. I suggested he become a pimp instead because his colleagues would have higher ethical standards and he’d make a more positive contribution to society.

You can put down that you were part of the foundation for the firm…
