I just love it when people in authority are interviewed on TV and they drop bad grammar into their speech. It’s like an unexpected feedback through an amp.
“Seen” instead of “saw” has been a major irritant of mine for years, but it’s quickly being overtaken by the use of “gifted” instead of “given” or “gave”. Aaaaagh!
Phoenixbbs: If we had the whole conversation, we would know that Andy probably said something like: Is that you, Mrs. ___? I thought it was the moment I seen you! She is correcting his grammar.

I graduated almost 60 years ago, and I still have very fond memories of my Senior Year English Teacher.As in:
The T in the word often IS SILENT!
