For those of us brought up on books, there’s nothing like the smell, the feel, the satisfaction of holding back the many pages you’ve read. Although I have read some things on an e-reader, I very much will always prefer an actual book!
It’s a funny thing, but my 20-something son reads almost exclusively books. I use an e-reader sometimes and read a lot of articles online, but he (an IT guy, by the way), want paper.

I prefer a book. I can turn pages and if I want to look back to see something I might have missed, I can do that too. Can you do that with an ereader?

Ah, yes, a Luddite. That’s something I aspire to do upon retirement.

Typically, I have a book in one hand and a cup of hot coffee in the other. But, not always.

Yes! The smell of the dust on all those books on all those dusty shelves is exhilarating!
