I had shown up a few times in costume for the first 2 movies (New Hope and V) with a troop of characters, I mean, amateur actors. Our Darth Vader was only 5’2", but, boy did she have the right attitude. You forgot how short she was! She also had a storm trooper costume. :o) She wound up being friends with David Prowse and he would sometimes stay at her house when he came to America. He was so nice! The same group also showed up in costume to Battlestar Galactica showings at the request of the local Paramount Studios office. We were “paid” with free admittance. So, that is how I wound up seeing BG 37 times that summer (only 2 of which I paid for).
I was going to make a joke about dressing up to see my favorite ‘adult’ films, but that seemed inappropriate for a family oriented comic strip. So, I won’t.

I don’t suppose there’s much chance that Pam’s favorite would be Juliette from “and God Created Woman”

Well, the new trilogy was a disappointing disaster anyways.

Given all of the negativity cast on the cats movie, it almost makes me want to see it.

According to reviews, Skywalker beats Cats anytime.
“Watching Cats Is Like a Descent Into Madness” — Collider
“Yes, Cats Is as Bad as It Looks” — AV Club
“Cats Review — A Purr-fectly Dreadful Hairball of Woe” — The Guardian

I can see the Cats movie becoming one of those cult classics like Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes, or Rocky Horror Picture Show.
I can picture people showing up in cat suits for midnight screenings, hurling handfuls of kibble or toy mice at the screen at key points.

Maybe Brewster can chaperon Nate Wright and Dee Dee Holloway!

The sad part is that Brewster looks better than anyone in the movie.

Close enough to a Chewbacca costume.
