Mother Nature isn’t enough anymore

I think what would make the day lovelier for Garfield is a few dozen dishes of lasagne.

Any snow? You know, while it’s still winter?

Yawn, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I though the lazy Garfield didn’t care about much, of anything?

How about a weather front coming in bringing rain or snow?

It could use more excitement.

Come to my part of the country today and we’ll amply demonstrate “what else”.

Pizza delivery would make the day more lovely.

I agree with Garfield’s observation. “A nice day” can suggest desperately looking for anything to fall back on when times are tough and/or challenging. Sitting or standing there and marveling at the sun, the flowers and the blue skies are all well and good. But eventually, it is incumbent upon us to take a step forward to make something out of that day.

Been there, done that.

Well, the day’s not over yet. It could get worse.

When I have no need to leave the house, a nice thunder storm is appreciated as it soothes me. When I’m awake it gets me in the mood for horror movies and when it’s time for bed I get the best rest when I hear the rain and thunder outside. I even had an app a few years ago that soothed me to sleep when I was stressed, the only track I would listen to is the thunder storm.

I wonder if he’s just bored
