Kitchens are a location of adventure. Many years ago we tried a hot air corn popper (turns out they are really cardboard makers, but I digress) and we only had Orville Redenbacher popcorn. The popper said not to use it, but what were we to do? The popcorn blasted its way out of top, spraying the kitchen with popcorn, some of which only popped when it hit the counter or floor. We were laughing like children. It was the best thing that useless popper ever did!
In college we used to have a rating system for the instant spuds. 3 – Was if you tilted the plate slightly and they oozed off. 2 – Was if you tipped the plate vertical and they stayed. 1 – Was if the plate was upside down and the potatoes stuck to the plate!! The cafeteria couldn’t seem to hit a happy medium, the taters were either a 3 or a 1, only rarely did they make a 2.

Wait until you ask Wiz to make the tossed salad.
Do us a favor, don’t ask Wiz to make Russian Dressing.

When a bird hits our window, the sound is more like BONG, and the bird does not fly away. It’s very sad.

So this is how Gallagher would have made mashed potatoes had he been a magician.
