OMG. I had completely forgot Valentine is tomorrow! Thanks a million Chip for this very opportune public service announcement. You are a life saver.

And what a story it Will be!

I and two of my friends who are also alone are going to have a VDay late lunch and beach walk.

Widows, Winter Widows and Divorcees! We gonna kick it old school! (Do they still say that or am I too old for old school?)

Valentine’s Day is not a real thing. Fortunately, my wife feels the same way.

Better go get the plane, Jonas!

I assume that’s little Ellie, a scared little mouse.

Scratch, Please eat the mice.

Time to break out the B-B gun.

All she has to do is release one balloon at a time until the she touches down on the ground. At least that is what i would do I were in her position. :-)

Hopefully not a tragic one.

How did he give her the balloons without drifting away himself? Is he that much heavier?

Valentine’s Day is just a day for candy companies, card companies, restaurants, etc. to make money! :-)

Good afternoon Crew!

They’ll have not just a story, but an uplifting one.

32 years on, we still tell our wedding “stories” – I couldn’t find my belt while dressing, so I borrowed an old one of Dad’s (to wear with my new blue suit); Kathy’s leg fell asleep and the pastor thought she was starting to faint; the Swedish meatballs ran out even before the Swedes (my side) got there, so we had to get extras out of the freezer; we forgot to put out the Chex mix at the post-reception picnic (Dad took care of that by the time we got home from the honeymoon); and a couple longer ones involving my fingernails and a last-minute gift from the paint store.

Jonas has given Ellie a buoyant feeling of love.

Some idiot did that with a bunch of weather balloons tied to a lawn chair. It took him WAY up higher than he anticipated.

The idea? Pretty thoughtful. The implementation? Maybe not exactly as Jonas had hoped. Better luck next time, buddy.
