Andy at least allocates some of his money to booze, unlike George Raft who reportedly went through 10 million dollars during his career. “Part of the loot went for gambling, part for horses, and part for women. The rest I spent foolishly.”

Don’t waste it by giving it to the vicar.

Andy doesn’t consider spending it on beer a waste.

Like plenty of other cities, counties, states, and countries, Kansas City is now under lockdown. Technically, we’re “sheltering in place” although some people are no doubt “hiding” in place, and others are “cowering” in place. (As for me, I’m “hanging around the house.”) I’m lucky, though: I have at least twenty of the old Andy Capp paperback collections. Plus there’s this newfangled “internet” thing I’ve heard rumors about……..

At least some of that money will be spent on booze.

So he can cheat.
