Depending on where in Colombia, I can think of a lot worse places to be stranded in … like Guayaquil, Ecuador which has become Coronavirus Central for all of South America … or parts of Brazil … or anyplace in Venezuela!

So did he do this strip back in January or February? I just posted a quote over the weekend from Pearls Freaks the #*%# Out in which Pastis revealed he turns strips in to his syndicate months in advance of when they actually run. And given the timeline of the pandemic goes back to 2019, he could have written this strip that far back.

Yes, Stephen, A+ on the vertical line straightness and spacing, but wouldn’t it have been more appreciated productivity to have created mankind’s greatest symphony to our Creator?

Brian Crane’ fourth wall breaking in “Pickles” is different. I enjoy both. They are each appropriate for the tone of their respective strips.
