Wow, who saw that coming?

I keep meaning to put up a sign saying the procrastination seminar has been put off.

Procrastinating is the one thing I never delay doing.

Um, who said anything about procrastination?

Saw that one coming.

“Just because we give seminars on it, doesn’t mean we’re any good AT it.”

I foretold of bad puns in the comment section.

I predicted the procrastination seminar would be put off but I did not see this coming.

Yesterday I saw someone wearing a tee shirt that said “I put the PRO in procrastination”.

I get the whole joke about prognosticators, or sooth sayers or fortune tellers not foreseeing certain events. But while I am not a believer in that stuff (and wouldn’t find it useful I even if I did), it is only fair to point out that the jokes are based on the false premise that the claim to see or know SOME things in the future is refuted by the fact that they don’t know EVERYTHING that is going to happen (a claim I have never heard anyone make).

…Those who can’t, teach.

Why would anyone take that seminar anyway. There’s no future in prognostication.

But….they canceled it. So they must have seen SOMETHING coming. If they had held it and everyone died when a meteor hit the building then THAT would have been unforeseen.

You know its real, cause they didn’t return the money.

He’s still figuring out what that big word means.
